Myth TV appliance -- development work-for-hire services wanted

I'm looking for someone that can help me design a Myth TV appliance

The idea is to do what companies like SnapStream are doing, but in an open source format so that I can host it on AWS and do some other clever things with it that empower local broadcasters and provide local businesses with a unique advertising channel

I'm looking to pay a developer on a work-for-hire basis to help me develop the concept and blueprint

My company is a WISP in Arizona and we are interested in a product that integrates OTA TV and Streaming in a DVR, either with a hosted back end or standalone.  I am prepared to fund the effort going it alone or partnering with others in a Joint Venture.  I see that your post is the latest looking for contractors, so I thought I'd ask you if you are underway and if you'd like to pool our efforts?
