Quick Rules Clarification

Just to make sure I remember correctly - Are all the following statements correct?

Bury a Card - Put it on the bottom of your story deck, face up.  It's still in the story deck.   The "Discover Secret Cache" card I played was buried after use, and is now in my story deck at the bottom, face up.

Discard a Card - The card is put aside in a discard pile and is not part of the story deck.

Adventures may count buried cards, but not discarded cards.

When an adventure is completed, save the top card of the story deck -  the rest of the story deck, including the buried cards, and the discards are all resuffled into the Mythos Deck. 

You can also chose to spend one sanity to reshuffle discards back into the Mythos deck at the end of a round.

I think that's all correct - yes?

Yep, all of that looks correct to me. The only note I would make is
that the voluntary lobotomy (the last rule you mention) requires you
to shuffle all story deck cards (except your current location),
discards, and your hand back into the deck and re-draw. Otherwise
everything looks right to me!
