MythDroid and MDD 0.5.2

Hi all,

So 0.5.2 packages have been uploaded..

Changes since the last version are mostly bug fixes (including fixed handling of videos stored in storage groups and quite a few in the Recordings activity).

But you also get a new progress bar for TVRemote that you can touch to seek and that shows detected commercials (thanks to the suggestion from Richard Morton).

If you're German, you also get an updated translation courtesy of Constantin Pelikan.

You will need to update mdd, otherwise things will break!
