support of mythtv 0.27?

I was using mythdroid 0.6.3 which is from my perspective the best android app for mythtv! 

unfortunately since i upgraded to mythtv 0.27 mythdroid cannot connect anymore to the backend. (i assume due to different mythtv protocol)

any plans when mythdroid will support the current mythtv version 0.27?
