I have successfully installed the 0.50 release on my Samsung Galaxy S
2, together with MDD on my combined front/backend (0.24-243-g9ba3ece)
mythbuntu.

However, I get the error "Connection to 192.168.0.102:16546 refused"
when I attempt to stream video to my Android device.

I have started mythlcdserver in debug mode and get the following:

christos@mythbuntu:~$ mythlcdserver --debug
Can't locate X/Osd.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/
perl/5.10.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.1 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/

site_perl .) at /usr/share/perl5/MDD/XOSD.pm line 25.

25.
Compilation failed in require at /usr/bin/mythlcdserver line 38.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/mythlcdserver line 38.

The installation of MDD appeared to work correctly, however I did
receive the following message:

christos@mythbuntu:~/Downloads/mdd$ perl Build.PL
Checking whether your kit is complete...
Looks good

Checking features:
xosd_support....disabled
- X::Osd is not installed

Can anybody kindly assist me please?

I had the same issue on Ubuntu 10.04 with Myth 0.23. I didn't have
X.Osd.pm installed, and had trouble finding it.

Jumping up to version 0.51 seems to fix it, or at least made it
optional.
