Patch to fix callerID

Here is a patch to fix the display of caller's name in callerID.
Unfortunately, this requires API>4. I have updated the manifest to
reflect this. Also included a few "@Override" to make the compiler
happy.

Hi Justin,

Many thanks. Not convinced we should relinquish api level 4 yet; quite
a few stock G1s still out there.. I'll apply the rest and perhaps ask
on the user list if anyone is still on 1.5..

I figured that was the case, that's why I made sure to mention the
requirement. Just wanted to pass along my changes.
