Hi
That's my first try with an android app development...
I've checked out the project and opened it in eclipse (with android
plugin).
Then I've simply hit 'export unsigned application package' on the
project, copied the apk file, and tried running it on my phone (DHD).
The app manager shows me the details and states that the file size is
0. Hitting "install" returns "app not installed".
Am I missing something?

Thanks
Yair

Hi Yair,

I don't think android will let you install an unsigned apk. Probably
the easiest way to deploy it is to connect your phone and then "Run
as..." -> "Android Application" in eclipse. This builds and installs
an apk signed with a 'debug key'.

Thanks.
Eventually I've used the "signed" option, and create a keystore. That
did the trick.

BTW - This is a GREAT application. Works excellent with my backend
(haven't install MDD).
This is my modification:
I used this site to convert the recordings to MP4:
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Android_RSS_Video_Feed
But instead of using an RSS feed, I've added a "stream" button in the
recording details page of mythdroid.
The button works (open a media player with the link to the recording's
mp4), I still need to work on the converting (I can't get the audio to
work...).
