MythDroid 0.4.2 Released

Hi all,

Thanks to having some time to do some testing with MythTV 0.24 and the
error reports that you have all been sending, MythDroid 0.4.2 and MDD
0.4.1 are now ready for download from
http://code.google.com/p/mythdroid/downloads/list.

A number of problems in earlier releases have been fixed (apologies!)
and a few minor features added:

MythDroid

* Properly handle paused playback locations for MythTV 0.24
* Fixes for quite a few potential 'force close' problems
* Guide fixes for MythTV 0.24
* Bring string resources up to date

MDD

* Support multiple concurrent clients
* Support videos in storage groups
