Overdue Update

I would like to start off by stating I apologize for not providing an
update sooner.
My holiday time was taken away by family and many other things that
came up last minute that unfortunately took precedence when it comes
to working on this project.
Also during the holiday time my mythtv system crashed! I need new
hardware, while I have purchased some of it, I don't have it all yet
so I don't have a system I can test against right now. I am trying to
setup a virtual system that I can at least load my old database backup
into for testing but can't test video playback.

I have a fix for my caching issue and will try and get that committed
as soon as possible, but I was hoping I'd be able to get some other
people to test and verify it fixes the issue since I am unable to at
this time.
Development for the Boxee Box has been made almost impossible by the
Boxee team as they are attempting to lock the system down for the DRM
content providers, I don't blame them and I understand they have to do
their due diligence in the matter as to keep their platform open to as
many avenues as possible. I have assurances from one of their lead
developers that they are working on making the development of apps for
the Box better.
With that said, the biggest issue besides the caching issue for the
Boxee Box version is the logging. The debug logging bogs down the
system and I need to disable it and create a Boxee Box version on my
repo (I am going to try and do that this weekend).
Unfortunately I don't have an explanation for the black and white
screen issue, I haven't been able to reproduce.

I just ran into a problem with my MythTV setup so I updated to 0.24
while stupidly forgetting that MythBoxee didn't work with that
version. I am now without the great pair of the two and can't wait til
its back up and running.
