Aside from maintenance, what project(s) that you completed on your boat are you most happy with?

EBB TIDE enjoyed her topside soft spots repaired as well as improved backing plates, a new boomkin, an addition of a bronze gallows, anti skid in cockpit area, carvings here and there engine room bulkhead replaced, batteries moved, fuel tank moved,.... Let me stop here, but the best thing, my favorite thing added was the boom gallows. Jim

Here is a favorite projects list from Pete Jenkin (Ladybug);

The latest project was a dodger, which we love, and replacement of the molded fiberglass galley sink with a stainless steel sink.  I have another stainless steel sink for sale, by the way.

I'd love to add a boom gallows, as mentioned by Jim of Ebb Tide.  I had one on my old catboat, and it was great.

Other great projects:
Re-cored the cabin top and bridge deck.
Converted the icebox to refrigeration.
Replaced the old Yanmar with a Beta Marine diesel.
Dripless shaft log.
Awlgrip paint job.
New standing rigging and roller furler.
Matching bronze anchor rollers port and starboard on the bowsprit.

Current projects underway:
Rebuilding the worm gear steering
New upholstery for the cabin
