Who are Tim Bolen's "allies"?

While Tim Bolen addresses himself to "millions of health freedom
fighters", and sometimes claims or tries to imply that he is in
contact with individuals of indisputable significance (like DDI
counsel Jeffrey Levens), there is little evidence of interaction with
other "alt med" sources. However, he has posted a list of claimed
"allies" at the following page:

I have begun contacting these alleged "allies" about Bolen's
activities, particularly his threats that reporters who criticize DDI
for suing Stephen Barrett will be added as defendants in the suit.
While I have so far addressed only a few contacts of interest, I
already have one reply, from SupplementQuality.com:
