File upates

I wanted to let you all know that I have updated three
files that I had posted over at the Yahoo group to
include information from the new Advanced Player's
Guide as well as discussions here and at Piazza. In
particular, I created sub-race information for minor
variants of the common races and set up placeholders
for those that will require more work. Races that I
now have fully statted out include but are not limited
to the following:

Dwarf: Kogolor and Moulder sub-races.

Eladrin: Flamenco (Belcadiz/Torreon) sub-race.

Gnome: Earth and sky sub-races.

Human: Karimari sub-race.

Tiefling: Common Alphatian, Flaem, and Pure
Alphatian sub-races.

I am interested in seeing any comments as well as
suggestions for expanding on other races.

By the way -- I am dissatisfied with my writeups for
Flaems and Pure Alphatians and am in the process of
revising them into something cleaner.
