{Mystara4E} My minor tweaks to Elves.

I have decided that for my campaign, I am going to give Elves a minor
bonus to go along with the idea that the Elves are the source of
Druids and Balancers in the Known World.

Elves are often considered inherently magical because of their ability
to perform rituals without holy symbols and religious supplies. While
elves exist in a harmonious fashion with nature and reap supernatural
benefits from it, it is the further confusion that many non-fey cannot
tell the difference between an elf or an eladrin at first blush that
further spreads this rumor.

Note: Any Elf using a ritual that calls for a Religion check may
substitute a Nature check, and components for a nature ritual instead.
