Hail and well met, Mystara-philes!

Since I put my initial messages and posts out into the Mystara-verse, 15 members have joined this new group.  I'm so excited. I really hope that this new project will be able to pick up where Mystara 3E left off and fly on its own.

Note that I'm going to take what I learned the first time around and make use of it.  The first point of which is "Accept that real life exists for everyone and expect the speed and direction of developments to hiccoughs from time to time. It's not the end of the world if things die down for any length of time, so long as everyone knows that they are welcome to pick up and run with something whenever they want to do so and have the time."

I've also started to download and zip up all the resources from the old Yahoo! groups and will post them at the site for this group.

Tally Ho!

Hi Jenni!

It's great that you've kick-started the project again. I think the
rules are a good idea. Hope I can contribute :)

I don't know if you have any preference for what needs doing. Perhaps
it's worth digging out the old to-do-list?

Regards

Julian

Hey Julian! Good to see you again, now where did David Knott get to...

I was thinking we need to break the tasks into more convenient sizes. I.e.
SOmething that can be done as a single weekend project. That way it will be
easy for someone to just go to the to do list and knock out a task when they
have the time...

Works for me professionally, so why should it not work unprofessionally :P

Regards,
David.

Hey Julian!

Good suggestion about the old To Do list. I just posted a zip file to
the file space of this group that contains all the files from both the
main and dev M3E Yahoo groups, and that should be in there. I'll
extract a copy and post it separately.

I'm also thinking of putting up a FAQ page that we can develop as time
goes on. The first question, I think, will be on the issue of 0E to d20
character level conversion. :-D
