Position Details:
Job Title: Sales Force Teach lead
Duration: 12M(3 months in Hawaii and work form home(Remote) after that.)
Location: Hawaii
Salesforce Technical Lead
· 12-Month Contract (there is a possibility that it will extend longer)
· Candidates must initially work on-site for the first 3 months and then there is a possibility of working remotely thereafter. This is for one of our biggest clients in Hawaii supporting over 1,500 users.
· Core Skills:
o 5+ years of direct Salesforce solution design and development.
o Additional 5+ years of strong software development foundation and principles in object oriented languages.
o Experience evaluating, selecting, integrating third-party applications with Salesforce.
o In-depth knowledge of custom coding in SF APEX code and VF web pages.
o Experience in administration support associated with creating and deploying release packages (including building and refreshing various sandbox systems).
o Experience with promotion deployments to QA and production environments including use of the SF metadata API and an external revision control system.
o Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns.
o Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including creation of standard and custom objects and fields etc.
o Good understanding of data structures, data modeling , db schema is required.
· Additional Preferred Skills:
o Experience working with SF implementations that support lead-to-cash product support.
o Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the Salesforce.com software and system administration.
o Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: Java, JavaScript, HTML, web services, and the Force.com IDE.
o Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum is preferred.
