Reload Plugins

Hi,

Johannes mentioned the possibility of a button that exists to reload
the plugins in Workbench. I cannot see that button, does anyone have
a screenshot? Second, is there a method in the GRT shell to do the
same thing? I'd love to be able to test out changes on the Doctrine
plugin without having to restart workbench all the time.
