The idea is that if a 3rd party stores the activities (updates) we
need to have a signal in case the user deletes the entry.
The syndication of deletes is planned to go live on January 6th via
the Real Time Stream.
We already have it available on the REST api but would rather have 3rd
aprties use our PUSH model than continuously poll
