Questions regarding Developer Challenge Contest

Hi,

I've tried to post this in the Developer Contest Thread but can not
actually see my post - so starting a new thread for this.

I'd like to ask a couple of questions about the contest as I'm very
interested in submitting.

Will MySpace publicize any of the Finalists or Submissions or only the
Winners? In our case, we want to stay in 'stealth mode' with our app
unless we are lucky enough to win one of the categories. Otherwise, we
would not want our submission made public. This would be a key factor
for us in deciding whether or not to enter.

Can you clarify this point in the T&Cs:

4. MATERIALS/RIGHTS IN SUBMISSIONS: The intellectual property rights
to the application or project programming code, if any, will remain
with the Entrant. As a condition of entry, Entrants agree that Sponsor
shall have the right to use, copy, modify and make available the
application or code in connection with the operation, conduct,
administration, and advertising and promotion of the Contest via
communication to the public, including, but not limited to the right
to make screenshots, animations and video clips available to the
public for promotional and publicity purposes. (etc.)

We understand that MySpace will have the rights to widely use the
application in various communication, however we have concerns about
this phrase: "Sponsor shall have the right to use, copy, modify and
make available the application or code in connection with the
operation" as this sounds like use beyond that of promotion via
animations, video-clips, screenshots etc. As an original IP, we would
not want to make our code available for others use. Any clarification
or example of such use, would be much appreciated. If this question
belongs in another forum, please let me know.

Finally, we are based in London and unable to attend the DevJam
tomorrow, will any of it be streamed or made available online?
