Using images from the real time api

Can I assume that any images received through the Real Time API do not
breach this clause in the contest rules?

We also use some images freely available from public sources too..
which we hope do not break this rule.

Yes you can use them so long as you do not violate our TOS
If you are getting public photos you can use them publicly.
