Couple of changes

Hi Guys
Wanted to let you know that since I am changing jobs I have updated my
account to no longer own this list and just be a regular member. Joel
Saxton is the manager.

Also moderation is in place for the first member message since we were
getting spam.

Finally there is only one more week left for the contest so keep on
working hard and congrats to Digsby on implementing status and mood
commenting.
