このような大変な時期をいかがお過ごしでしょうか？いよいよ明日からオンラインクラスが始まります。クラスは世界中の全ての生徒さんを対象にご参加いただけます。
通常のクラスを津川晃子が担当し、私もたまにクラスを担当する予定です。４月９日(木)と10日(金)の最初の2つのクラスへは無料、またはドネーションにてご参加いただけます。世界中のほとんどのヨガの先生やスタジオは現在、収入がなく苦労していますので、寄付をしていただけたら幸いです。

また、この状況がいつまで続くのか検討がつかないため、スタジオでのクラスを数か月間オンラインに移行することに致しました。事態が収束し安全が確認できましたら、通常のクラスを再開します。それまでの間、オンラインクラスにご参加ください。コロナウイルスに対する最善の防御策は、健康であることです。今、あなたの練習を維持することはこれまで以上に重要なことです。家族のため、そして世界のために。

月曜日-木曜日：マイソールクラス（6:30-9:00）
金曜日-レッドクラス-プライマリー（6:30-8:15）
日曜日-レッドクラス-プライマリーおよびインターミディエイト-Kapotasanaまで（7:00-9:00）

週3日-6500円

I hope that this message finds you all well in these challenging times. Good news is that we are starting online classes tomorrow. The classes are open to all students no matter where you live in the world. Akiko Tsugawa will be teaching daily and I (Tarik) will teach occasionally.
The first two classes this Thursday April 9th and Friday the 10th will be free though donations for joining are appreciated. Most yoga teachers and studios around the world are struggling right now without income. All donations are appreciated.
Donation/Free class
Thursday April 9th, 6:30 - 9:00 Mysore class.
Friday April 10th, 6:30 - 8:15 Led Primary
Since we do not know how long the situation will continue we have decided to move the studio online for a few months. Once things calm down are are safe again we will again start daily classes in Tokyo. In the meantime please do join us online!
Remember the best defense against the Covid-19 is to be healthy and well. Maintaining your practice now is more important than ever. For yourself for your family and for the world.

From this Sunday will we offer 6 days a week
Monday - Thursday : Mysore style (6:30 - 9:00)
Friday - Led Primary series (6:30 - 8:15)
Sunday - Led primary plus intermediate until Kapotasana. (7:00 - 9:00)

Single classes - 1000円
