マイソールクラスとカンファレンス

7:00am - 9:15 マイソールクラス

9:15- 10:00am カンファレンス

(ドアオープン 6:45 )

12月31日(月)

祝日スケジュール 7:00-10:00am

1月1日(火)

元旦スペシャル・クラス

マイソールクラス、プラーナーヤーマ、座禅

7:00 - 9:15 マイソールクラス

9:15  - 9:30 プラーナーヤーマ

9:30 - 10:00 座禅

MSTの生徒 ¥2000, それ以外の方 ¥5000

1月2日(水)

祝日スケジュール 7:00-10:00am

1月3日(木)

通常スケジュール 

1月4日(金)

Led class 6:30-8:00

Mysore class and conference 

7:00am - 9:15 mysore - 9:15- 10am conference (Door opens at 6:45)

Monday, December 31st. 

Holiday schedule.  7:00 - 10:00

Tuesday, January 1st.  Special Mysore, Pranayama, Zazen

7:00 : 9:15 Mysore

9:15  - 9:30 Pranayama

9:30 - 10:00 Zazen

MST students ¥2000, Non-MST students - ¥5000

Wednesday - January 2nd 

Holiday schedule.  7:00 - 10:00
