みなさん、こんにちは

マイソール東京では、今週の金曜日をムーンディとみなします。天文学的にいうと日本では土曜日がムーンディですが、週に6日間の練習をしている私たちにとって、月に２回のムーンディをきちんとることはとても大切です。休息と回復の時間をとることは、規律正しく練習するためにも重要なことです。そのため、土曜日がムーンディの場合、正確な天文学上の時間によりますが、金曜日か日曜日をムーンディとすることを知っておいて下さい。

マイソール東京では、今回のムーンディを有効に利用して、アシスタントたちのトレーニングを行います。

みなさんのご理解に感謝します。また、週に5日もしくは6日練習してない方は、できればお家で練習することをお勧めします。

Hi Everyone,

This Friday at Mysore Tokyo we will be observing the moon day.  The astronomical moon day here in Japan is Saturday but for those of us that practice 6 days a week having two full moon days off per month is very important.  It is just as important to take time to rest and recover as it is to practice with discipline.   So that everyone is clear if the moon day is Saturday we will either observe the moon day on Friday or Sunday depending on the precise astronomical time.  

All the teacher and assistants at Mysore Tokyo will be taking advantage of the moon day for some special assistant training.  So the time will not be wasted.

Thank you for understanding and if you are a person that practices less than 5-6 days a week then I recommend that you practice at home if possible.
