Hi Dear Friends,

 

I am now based in Mysore and will be going for the meeting tomorrow at 11 A.M at site eventhough i have not recived any sms. But to put the things in nutshell , he is going to tell u that ALL IS WELL and give a good lunch as he has done in 2009.

I have filed a case in conumer court  thorugh Mithra and associates and planning to give a police complaint also . Will update to orrow or day after once the meeting is over. I dont have even 1% hope

Dear all
I have invested rs 75000 during 2006 and even after 6 years I have not recd any respond from them and I have been speaking to one mr Inyat and he only gives false information.
Basically their intention is only to cheat and they succeed in tragetting soft people
My advice is all the people who have been cheated by mysore home developers should come on one platform and sue them,
Here what is happening some one going to different lawyers and the law will take its own course, hence we all come under one platform and sue mysore home developers and attach the property and hire good lawyer

Dear Annad,

Easy to say to form the group. There were lot of attempts by our friends in the past to do it , but due to our lack of seriousness and of course due to lot of pressure , we could never do it in last 6 Years.We will get angry and our blood will get boil  for the moment when we see the mails or hear about it and the mostly we will vent our ire in the group mail. Rather , my suggetion is to do it according to ur convinence and dont waste time in action. There is nothing like Good lawyer and Bad lawyer, all are same to some extent .But be very cautious while dealing with them. Be clear on your demands and terms . it is alwys better to talk straight and tell them that see i hv put in this much and i will pay this much and balance on verdict, which makes the things easy for us as well us for them. Otherwise we burn our fingers again. Good luck.
