Nizam Ali's signature on agreements

Dear friends,
As per my knowledge only Gazeted Govenment officers can sign in green ink. But, most of the agreement signed by Ali is in green ink which is an offence which what I believe. Please clarify is it permitted?., if it is permitted I am sorry and forgive my ignorance and innocence. If not keep the original agreement copies signed by him to produce to court if needed. My question is simple, can a real estate developer sign the agreements in Green Ink?. If so, where it is mentioned & permitted?. I am in confusion.

Guru Sir, It is a very sad and terrible situation. So many of us have been cheated using fraudulent means. Ali has used all possible means/ways to cheat all of us. That day is not very far off when he has to make good of our hard earned money.
