Dear Friends,

I think you all know that Nizam Ali has more than 5 crore dues with Income Tax Dept and they have attached all his prime properties. That includes the layouts which are semi formed and fully formed layouts. Whoever has invested in these layouts are in big trouble.MUDA has issued notice barring any new registrations and those who have already registered will not get khatas. Totally they are all doomed.

So ask your friends & relatives to stay away from dealing with this person until he comes out clean with all the dues, which I think might never happen. He also owes a lot of money to hundreds of customers with interest. They are fighting in various courts. Some have got judgements in their favour but he is evading court summons. But he can't evade courts forever. The court grip is tightening around his neck. It is only a matter of time.

I am also a victim of this fraud. Have the sites registered, but waiting for Khatha. I want to know what should be our action now, police complaint, consumer complaint etc.,, pls guide.

I too have registered a site in his layout in 2012 through Mr. Rajashekar of Sweeney Properties. but haven't got khata. Whenever I call him he will be ready with some excuses. He has got his commission but left us in trouble. I think we too should form a society and fight this fraud.

Why peoples are keeping quite. Mr Ali is a member of this group  Please air ur complaints through this group frequently. It affects his business and also it prevents others to become the victims of this fraudster.
