Since the Project started from 2004-5, 8+ years since people paid 50 - 75% of initial Agreement Site Costs, The Developer has taken us for a ride and exploited each of us as individual investors, This is the forum to collectively share the knowledge about the development and if needed, take some collective actions to protect our customer promises and interests.
