Delivery Policy: At ShopClues.com, our delivery procedure is dedicated to offer you on-time delivery, best possible packaging, and timely updates. To fulfil our shipment motives, we do need your support and patience as each of our
orders goes through a rigorous process of milkrun (product collection), inspection, processing, packaging, shipping and finally getting your products delivered to you at your doorstep. You can easily get in touch with us at any point with your concerns, we will be happy to help you.
Payment Policy: ShopClues has certified and secured payment gateway to take care of all your payment worries and does not pay the merchant until you receive your product. We accept all prepaid payment options, such as Netbanking
and all major credit, debit and ATM cards. In fact, you can also make use of the Cash-On-Delivery (COD) option, where you can pay the money at the time of product delivery.

Easy Return/Replacement: ShopClues runs a very comprehensive ‘Buyer Protection program’ so that the buyer is 100% protected and
experiences trust and comfort while shopping at ShopClues.com. Buyer Protection program is based on four trust pillars i.e. – Payment Security, Product Guarantee, Easy Replacement & Reliable merchants. We allow customers full refund/replacement if the product received has wrong size,
wrong color, wrong quantity, manufacturing defects, damages or is significantly different from the description given by the merchant. You can return the product within 10 days of your receiving* without worrying of the return shipment. In case you decide to ship it at your end, we make sure you get
a refund of your expenses. In case of pre-shipment delays, ShopClues also offers you choice to cancel your order prior to its shipment by contacting us at customer support.
Clues Bucks (Rewards): As a
thank you gesture for your shopping with us, we credit your account with CluesBucks (2% of purchase price). Each CluesBuck is equivalent to Re 1 and can be redeemed for your next purchase with us. All your earned CluesBucks are valid for 120 days - that's 4 months - from the date of issue and can
be used for purchasing your favourite product from ShopClues website.
