Hi,

My User ID : 318928498905

I have not used internet connection properly and even not continue sly used for 5 days.

Also I was not used connection for more than 10 days in this month.

Lot of issues and disconnection and made me more frustrated.

See my complaint list for this month and also pushed me to close the connection by raising SR Number : 199006803 (for Internet connection close).

Explain me..Why should I pay the full pay for this month..?

I need your proper answers and then only I will decide pay you.
