SAPService<SID>

Hello,

I am facing an error during Java upgrade (CRM 5.0 to CRM 7.0). The error is in SAPService<SID> user password input phase (INPUT_SAPSERVICESID_PWD). When I enter the password it throws an error message saying 'No info available' pop-up.

Any ideas? Could this be something relating to SAPServiceCRP user properties/settings? Screenshot is attached.

Hi All,

In order to provide more information on the error attached please find a ZIP file with most recent logs.
Following two gets generated each and every time I try this step over.

NET_VALIDATE_15.ERR
System error 67 has occured.
The network name cannot be found.

and second log:

NET_FINDFREEDRIVELETTER_15.ERR
The network connection could not be found.
More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2250

Attached is another screenshot that shows a step right before I get tihs error.

Hello,

This issue just got resolved with a fix provided by SAP on using Host name instead of IP address in the background processing for this phase. Thought of letting you all know. This thread can be closed now.
