Checks after phase MAIN_SWITCH/MOD_INSTNR_PRE were negative!

I am working on an upgrade with extreme tight deadlines. Got an error on ABAP side. Attached is the screenshot of phase. Looking for some help and ideas please.

The following is resolved now. Some of the kernel files were missing that I copied from source 'exe'.
