How to merge two different saplogon.ini files

Hi BASIS Gurus,

I got two different saplogon.ini files. Is there a way to merge 2 different files into one saplogon.ini

Hi Kalyan,

 

Open both ini files. You can see all entries added as each item. Add one entries to another like the following.

 

1st ini file            2 nd ini file               Merged ini file

Item 1                  Item 1                      Item 1

Item 2                  Item 2                      Item 2

Item 3                  Item 3                      Item 3

Item 4                                                 Item 4

                                                          Item 5

                                                          Item 6

                                                          Item 7

 

When you add make sure to check the IP address, SID, System # etc.

 

Replace the older one with the merged file. I hope this will help you little bit.
