Academy Schedules, Rosters, and Info on This Final Week!

Hi all!

Attached are the game schedules and rosters in one excel file.  This file also has the master overall schedule of the weekend.  Also attached is the field map.

The games are at High Point Athletic Complex.  The address is:

2920 School Park Road

High Point, NC 27265

Let's plan to have each team wear their yellow jersey, blue shorts and blue socks.  Please make sure to bring your blue jersey as we don't know what the other teams will show up in so we may have to change.  

For this event, every player must do the player card check-in process with NCYSA.  We will have this all organized for the player, have their player card, so you just need to make sure that your player is at the game on time so they do not miss check-in!  We will walk the players over to the check-in area promptly at 30 minutes before their first game.  So for example - if your first game is at 10am, the coaches will walk the players over from the game field to the check-in area at 9:30am sharp.  So this means, the player must be at the actual game field ready to walk over with the coach at least 30 minutes prior to the game (not pulling in the parking lot)!!  This is for their first game only.  

Lastly, with no practice sessions on Wednesday for Halloween, we will offer to have the girls training group 3 come out Tuesday at 5:30pm for a session.

Just a reminder on all the notes before for this weekend's Academy games!  

Attached are schedules and rosters (in same excel file), and the field map.

Please don't forget about the player check-in process.  All you need to worry about is getting the player to the game field on time (meaning at the field - not the parking lot -  no later than 30 minutes prior to the game time)!  We will take care of the rest for the players.  I would budget at least an extra 10 minutes as depending on where you get a parking spot, you may have a 10 minute walk to the field.
