Econ Cycle Moving: Stocks-Real Estate Healing

My recent postings show that the real estate market is healing.  Home prices are rising in most markets.  Foreclosed homes are gradually being re-sold or rented.  Share prices are rising in anticipation of a strong economy in 6 to 9 months.  The economy has a steep recovery hill to climb before it breaks out to new highs.  Stocks will lead the way.

It is easy to click the "become a fan" link.  I hope you will join me on facebook.  The growth in facebook usage continues to be incredible.  Email and even blogs are turning out to be the Model T of the Internet business.  A lot of people bought a car because Henry Ford made an affordable vehicle.  He made the same model for too many years, giving owners no route for trading-up.  How long have you suffered through the torture of email spam?  Is it not time you traded up?
