Social networks are in early days, like the early days of the telephone, a lot of people are resisting these new fangled devices even though their friends are "connected".  You don't have to get one now, but the power and efficiency grows each time another person is added.  When the software is better developed, you will complete forms, applications, medical releases and more simply by releasing facebook data.  Young people will have a history of their entire life on file.  There are several kinds available, but facebook is the market leader.  

In my note this morning, I presented graphs which show that the turn in real estate is real.  In three of the last five months of 2008, pending home sales rose.  In 2009, mortgage applications have surged. Based on the TED spread, we are at the "jumping off point".  The powerful decline in the price of commodities is working its way into the pocketbooks of businesses and consumers.  Smart investors are delaying the purchase of a car or other big ticket items while they invest in real estate.  Many of the best real estate deals are getting scooped up and the price of stocks is just beginning to make headway.  The world wide market bottom of November 20, 2008 continues to hold.  Over the next 15 years, resort real estate prices will double twice, sending equity up 2,000 percent or more and the average stock will grow at 12 to 15% compounded rates!
