Sensitivity of TechPro

I am wondering what the sensitivity of the TP1 is? We are looking for a meter that can do a cleanliness test on electronics products after DI Cleaning. The range that we are using is 0 to .5 microS/CM. The documentation states that one range is 0 - 9999 Us but doesn't mention the sensitivity? I am hoping that your meter has a sensitivity of at least .01 us.
