Hello Everyone,                        I wanted to remind everyone that this Saturday LASSENS'S Health food    is sponsering another amazing RAW FOOD CLASS. Saturday,  March 28th, 2009 at 1 pm till about 3 pm Bakersfield is very blessed to have Lassen's Health Food Store gift the community with a                      FREE  2 Hour Raw Food Class; unlikely to be found anywhere else. As promised we will be preparing and learning how to put some "LIFE" in to good 'ole American Favorites.............. We will be making "burgers on a bun" French Fries that look JUST LIKE McDonalds.........But so much tastier and so good for you A Delcious, Decadent, Moist Chocolate Cake--to live for and good enough to write home about. And a thick SCRUMPTIOUS  Chocolate SHAKE TO GO ALONG WITH THE BURGER AND FRIES YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS............ ONE MORE THING............... IT'S TIME YOU ALL LEARNED TO DO THE "RAW DANCE" ASK ME ABOUT THE RAW DANCE ...... I'LL TEACH IT AND DO IT for you,  IF I THINK BAKERSFIELD IS READY FOR THE RAW DANCE....
