Returned Error Message

I just found this service and trying to intergtrate it within my
newest web application which I need a second level of authorization. I
am using the Test Values and in my response I am getting the following
error message.

<member><name>message</name><value><string>Fatal Error: Invalid method
or RPC syntax error.</string></value></member> </struct></value> </
param> </params> </methodResponse>

I have tried the auth.auth and the auth.pass methods and both are
producing this. I know it is something that I am doing as this is the
first service which I am having to learn how to exchange data with
XMLRPC. Does anyone have any ideas and once I can figure this out I
will have code to share as I am using Coldfusion

Hi,

I wrote to you from MyPW support earlier, but I wanted to follow up
here. The error below probably means that you're calling the API
incorrectly, but if you give us either the site ID or the token ID
that you're using, we can probably track down exactly what you're
doing wrong.
