We do not have performance number for the RPC calls in rtmplite.
For better performance, I will recommend siprtmp_gevent.py which
includes the rtmplite code as well, but uses gevent for better network
performance. But first start with rtmp.py and see if that meets your
needs from API perspective.
There is no support for shared object currently. There hasn't been
much demand for shared object in the past, so we haven't implemented
them. If you wish to contribute with implementations, or sponsor a
project to add that, feel free to use this mailing list to ask...
For AMF3, I believe it is supported - but I may be wrong. You will
have to try it out to check if it does. It is very easy to try out
rtmplite.
