Unable to add subscription podcast

I am a subscriber to a podcast. The publisher provided a link: http://www.stephaniemiller.com/podcast.php?u=<my username>&p=<my password>

I've tried adding this feed by this link alone, by using the link through "podcast.php" and entering the credentials into the Authentication fields in Mypod - nothing seems to be working.  Mypod keeps telling me "unable to load feed."

Any idea what I need to be doing to access this podcast?

looks like you need to provide username and password in the URL - the username & password fields below  you http authorisation which is a bit different...

hi.  I recently had this problem with stephaniemiller.com  I posted my solution on Facebook, but here's what works on my Kindle.  I did a copy of the link stephanie provided, then I opened up my browser, pasted the link in the address area and entered.  I got a response do you want to open this link in Amazon browser, Mypod, or Mypod Speed.  I selected Mypod Speed for v2, then remember to select the star on the top right to add the podcast as a favorite.  Otherwise, it won't show up.  Then you can go into the favorites list and edit the frequency, etc., opening the subscription and then selecting the box with the 3 lines, to the right of of the Information Box on top right.

Hi Stanley - the settings are editable once you make it a favourite (press star), maybe that needs a bit more guidance. possibly the help screens need work. Unstarred podcasts show up in the recent tab (swipe left from favourites). hope it helps ...
