Import or play files downloaded elsewhere

Spent a couple hours trying to find instructions on how to play a set of MP3s through mypod and apparently its not possible?  I have the audio performance of Good Omens Radio4 did and I'd like to use an existing app to play them back and don't trust my music player to handle them correctly.  Figured this would be easy for Mypod since treating them like a podcast would be perfect, but as far as I can see I can only play back files that mypod has downloaded for itself.  Is this correct or is documentation just sadly lacking in this department?

Adore the app though, excellent tool.
