Yesterday at our meeting we did not mention a final credit and debit book keeping account
of monies raised, from whom, how much, in what form.
Also, along with that, we need an expenditure report to see how and to whom
the money was spent on or sent to.
If MyPeace even intends on moving on-- I agree with Carrie !-all air needs to be cleared
and all monies accounted for
as customary and proper year end report of business.
We must have this information to make future decisions
about MyPeace and its future once again.
If we don't get this information we are not a coherent
responsible organization.
I ask for response from any members who concur please.
Make your word known here --if you could not make last meeting
-or if you really care about MyPeace continuing.
The Report could be in a proper two column report
with all details printed out so income and outgo
show a balance .
This report needs to be e- mailed to each member of the group and OPW Board
in respect to their need to know and participation
as active interest holders in this endeavor.
There may be a number of questions arising from this
report and there need to be--- so we can review a better
spending budget or ideas of how to improve income and outgo.
I am nonplussed everyone -including myself let this report simply
disappear.
