Well here it is, almost Thanksgiving day again. The snow is
flying and it is a very cold day outside, but inside we remain toasty
warm. That is just one of the things we should all be thankful for.
Compared with most of the rest of the world we have so much to be
thankful for. No this isn't a perfect place, no place is. But we still
have it pretty good. So I think we should be grateful for what we
have, and work to get what we don't. We don't have affordable health
care available to all. We don't have jobs for all that want one. We
don't have shelter for everyone. But these are things we can fight to
achieve. What we do have is the freedom to speak your mind in public
and not worry about getting a knock on the door from the secret
police. What we don't have are rigged elections where the party in
power always manages to stay in power. What we don,t have is pandemics
of cholera or dysentery because of poor sanitation. We also don,t have
hyper inflation or widespread malnutrition. So while I work to make
things better with projects such as MyPeace, I am thankful for the
abundance that most of us do have. Just a thought folks. Have a very
happy Thanksgiving and lets meet soon to get rolling with MyPeace
2011. Shalom.

thank you for the reminders in all quarters, Dan.  It is a glorious Day indeed, today.
Yet, there will be twins in 2011 at MyPeace. The MyPeace 2010 has not taken its last breath--
it is not finished.  Until the resolution Nothing can move into a new MyPeace Project for 2011,
however let us remember things we need to work through this year before making new plans
for another even as exciting as it sounds.  Hope you have a toasty roasted turkey day on Thursday, Dan!
Hugs and blessings to your girl friend who helped soo much at the Shindig, too.
She is selfless server and hard worker. Say hi to her and Shalom these holidays to all again.
