Notification timestamp

Just got notifications working to my Android phone, but the timezone seems to be off. It shows the time as occurring in the future. Is this a setting I missed somewhere?

I just received a notification from the sendNotification(email, msg) action, and it reported in UTC in HABDroid as if it happened an hour ago (I'm in UTC+1). If HABDroid is receiving UTC timestamps in notifications, it ought to adjust them for display to the device's timezone.
