I don't think so -- I looked through the documentation for the
nRF24L01+, which is what the bridge uses, and it has no built-in
functionality to this effect for SNR or RSSI. Doesn't seem to be a
means of getting at the LNA AGC(?) setting either.

Do other bridges etc have thowse specs or maby a search on how to calc noise on thowse.

The nRF24L01, as mentioned, is unsuitable for this -- but others have
found ways to cheaply estimate wireless power in this band, e.g.:
