Thank you everyone for participating in our past events!!! The sushi
class at the end of October was a success with an overwhelming show of
interest. We'll likely have a similar session again during the spring
quarter to accommodate those who didn't make it the first time.
Pictures from that event will be posted under 'files'.

Our interest meeting in early January helped us to create a list of
future events that people would like to see. On the list are: knife-
techniques, proper ways to roll maki and cut nigiri, and making sushi
rice. We'll try and address each of these issues with subsequent
meetings.

We look forward to seeing all of you at our upcoming events!!! Keep
