Our Feb event will take place on Sat. 2/8 from noon-2pm at the Student
Lounge at 303 E. Chicago, at the downtown campus. We will focus on
learning how to combine the proper ingredients into making sushi rice,
as well as other basics such as choosing the right types of seaweed.
Please RSVP to northwes...@gmail.com before Thurs 2/6, so that
we can purchase the proper amount of ingredients!
