I have a patient with no pain but numbness and tingling over lat/ant thigh to knee. Her diagnosis is Lat Femoral cutaneous neuralgia. Any advice on using Myokinesthetic and which level?

L3 is a good place to start. Have you done a full body assessment? that will tell you what the underlying cause is. L3 might just help for symptoms for a few days but not get it to clear up completely.
