I have also found that nausea can happen when a person's body adjusts to a new posture; and the greater the degree of change in posture; the greater the chance of transient nausea.
If the person can not get over the nausea, I have literally watched the body move back towards original posture.
Baby steps are better than large leaps sometimes :-)

    I wouldn't worry about the wooziness after the treatment so much, but the
    continual nausea could be a sign of a bigger problem. Any chance she could
    be pregnant? When was the last time she was checked out by her primary
    care nurse/doc? Could be stress, could be, gulp, cancer. Best to get it
    checked out.
     
    On a less gloom and doom note, maybe the nausea and wooziness is because
    she also needs an upper body treatment?
