Have published the below on our bulletin dated 17 November 2015. About 15 people has shared interest to come for the meetup in Penang. Some of our readers also have raised some questions and I shall try to answer this here as FAQ.
1. Q: Would you be choosing an expensive restaurant? I am a student (or unemployed).
A: I am looking forward to buy you all a drink. Hence dont worry about the bill. I will be picking the tab. Having you for a cup of tea is the most important thing.
2. Q: Would it be on Island or Mainland?
A: Mainland. Still discussing it within Penangites which place would be most convinient to have tea while having some chit chat. Will confirm this in next couple of hours.
3. Q: Can I bring my spouse/family?
A: This is an informal meetup hence do bring them all, the more the merrier. We will be coming as strangers but will be going away with couple more friends to add in our Facebook later.
4. Q: Do we have an agenda?
A: It just a casual meetup. Putting faces on various emails we receive. Nothing serious. Am sure we will be spending sometime to get to know each other, discussion might be raised around the mailing list, if I had not published any of your postings then this is the place to blast me ;)
5. Q: When we will meet in KL/Selangor or NS?
A: Lets plan KL/Selangor on the 1st week of December and NS later. Will confirm this closer to the dates. Those who have written sharing interest to meet in this venues, I have saved your details and will communicate with you the soonest.

During the years of interacting with the members in our mailing list, many would invite for a cup of tea from various part of the world. As I am based abroad and can't immediately meet them, I often take a rain cheque. Whenever I have the chance I will try to arrange for a meet up as its always nice to put faces to the email IDs I often receive. So far I have met our members in UK, Germany, Spain and Portugal. Now, I am in Malaysia for a short vacation, currently in Penang Mainland, and scheduled to be in KL/Selangor and Negeri Sembilan (Seremban). Those who are free for a meet up over a cup of tea in Penang on Saturday (21 Nov 2015, 5.30pm) you may email me at svan...@gmail.com .Will update you privately once the venue has been chosen. Perhaps can organize one meetup in KL/Selangor and another in Negeri Sembilan (Seremban). The dates will be informed later.
